Easily customise standard dialogues for tables

The mobiTOUCH table and interface designer quickly and easily customises the look and feel of the standard dialogues for tables. The respective departments level up the views and interfaces of the tables to generate the objects and key figures they need for their workflows.

This way, specific views can be created from basic tables through the views on data predefined by the departments. The MT DESIGNER thus integrates former stand-alone solutions into the mobiTOUCH environment. Individual designs can be created.

Individual designs

  • Menu
  • Dialogue tabs
  • Groups
  • Labels
  • Plausibilities
  • Read-only fields
  • System/Role/User

The Table Designer extends basic tables with fields from other tables without changing anything in the database structure. References and assignments remain in the database, the adjustment only takes place visually in the MT CLIENT. Different designs are offered to different user groups. In this way, fields can be completely hidden or provided with the desired read and write permissions. The plausibility of the database structure is maintained.

The plausibility editor creates freely definable input checks to ensure more security in the workflow. The designs of the Table Designer are the basis for the Interface Designer.

The interface designer creates numerous designs for the 'Search' and 'Detail View' masks. For example, fields can be grouped together, rearranged or even aligned completely differently. In this way, the interface designer creates time-saving and intuitive structures and ensures fast and efficient work with the MT CLIENT.

The Menu Designer creates user- and role-related individual menus for both the MT CLIENT and MT MDE. This creates intuitive and instructive menus for individual process areas in the company, eliminating the need for a tedious search for the right menu item.

Alternatively, individual menu items are provided with appropriate authorisations to ensure process security here as well.
